How to eat for health like Chris Hemsworth

The Australian legend is mostly known for his role as buff god of thunder Thor in the Marvel universe. His role as the superhero had many marvelling at his physique, towering over most of his heroic counterparts. Chris reportedly went through a gruelling workout regimen and diet in order to achieve this physique for The Avengers. Many people were left wondering what his diet was in order to create such a great physique.

Here are some healthy eating tips from Chris Hemsworth.

Mediterranean eating

Chris is reportedly a big fan of the Mediterranean diet.

Having travelled through Europe, he believes Europeans know balance when it comes to eating, and the Mediterranean diet is one of the best out there.

The Mediterranean diet offers a good balance of good fats such as couscous, wheat, olive oils, avocados and also lots of vegetables.

It does help that Chris Hemsworth’s wife, Elsa Pataky is also Spanish.

Listen to your body

Chris believes in being intuitive and listening to your body when it comes to healthy eating. He believes in eating when your body tells you that you’re hungry, and if you’re eating right then you shouldn’t ever feel like your body is starving.

Don’t eat dense foods late at night

The densest foods that take the longest to digest should be eaten earlier in the day in order to give your body time to digest them and release the energy associated with them for you to use. A lot of cooking plans ease of heavier foods towards the end of the night.

These have been some healthy eating tips from Chris Hemsworth, who achieved an amazing physique through his diet and workout regimen for his role in Marvel movies as Thor. If his body is anything to go off, then these tips would be good to implement into your daily diet routine.
